Terms and Conditions for Rise With Purpose Mentoring LLC

1. Introduction
Welcome to Rise With Purpose Mentoring LLC, operated by Jamie Lockhart, offering one-on-one mentoring services for real estate agents. By accessing or using www.RiseWithPurposeMentoring.com (“Website”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Using the Website, including browsing, booking sessions, or submitting inquiries, constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Mentoring Services
• Services Offered: One-on-one mentoring sessions, including a free Strategy Call, $150 single session, and $500 multi-session Program, designed to support real estate agents in professional growth.
• Booking: Sessions are scheduled via the Website’s booking system. Availability is subject to Jamie’s schedule.
• Purpose: Mentoring provides guidance based on Jamie’s 10 years of North Texas real estate experience. It is not a substitute for legal, financial, or other professional advice.
4. Payments and Refunds
• Payments for sessions are processed via [e.g., PayPal, Stripe] at the time of booking.
• Pricing:
• Free Strategy Call: No charge, limited to one per client.
• Single Session: $150 per 1-hour session.
• Multi-Session Program: $500 for five 1-hour sessions, to be completed within 30 days from the purchase date, regardless of when in the month you sign up (e.g., signing up on October 15 means sessions must be completed by November 13).
• Refunds:
• Full refunds for single sessions or the Program are available within 7 days of payment if no sessions have been conducted.
• Partial refunds for the Program may be offered at Jamie’s discretion if fewer than five sessions are used within the 30-day period.
• No refunds for unused sessions after the 30-day period expires, unless approved by Jamie.

• All prices include applicable taxes.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information during booking.
• Schedule and attend sessions within the specified 30-day period for the Program or as agreed for single sessions.
• Reschedule sessions with 48 hours notice.
• Refrain from recording or sharing session content without permission.
Failure to comply may result in session cancellation without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
• All Website content, including text, logos, and mentoring materials, is owned by Rise With Purpose Mentoring LLC or licensed.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without written consent.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
• 7.1 General Disclaimer: Services are provided “as-is.” Jamie does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., business success). Mentoring advice is based on experience and not a substitute for professional services. Rise With Purpose Mentoring LLC is not liable for losses or damages arising from mentoring sessions or Website use. Liability is limited to the amount paid for services. The Website may experience downtime; we are not responsible for interruptions.
• 7.2 Financial Loss Disclaimer: Rise With Purpose Mentoring LLC and Jamie Lockhart are not responsible for any financial losses, including but not limited to lost profits, missed opportunities, or business setbacks, resulting from the use of mentoring advice or strategies provided during sessions. Clients acknowledge that real estate decisions involve inherent risks, and outcomes depend on market conditions, individual actions, and other factors beyond our control. You agree to assume full responsibility for any financial decisions made based on mentoring guidance.
